Welcoming Evelyn Doyle as new Advisory Board Member
We are delighted to announce that Evelyn Doyle, HR Director EMEA for Patagonia, will join the Net Impact Amsterdam Advisory Board, starting from 1 January 2021.
Evelyn brings a wealth of experience as a responsible business leader, specifically in the mission-led business sector. She has lived and worked in Russia, Africa, and Switzerland, holding leadership roles in the fields of human resource management, talent management and culture, and organisational development for global organisations across with-profit, non-profit and social entrepreneurship sectors. As a network organisation seeking to help our members define their niche within the impact-led business ecosystem and to grow their sustainability leadership skills, her experience and insights will be an excellent contribution.

Net Impact Amsterdam Advisory Board Member
Evelyn is passionate about positively transforming work environments and business models, nurturing employees to develop their individual voices, and architecting culture through regenerative approaches. At Patagonia, she is responsible for building an internal community that embodies the brand’s mission statement: We’re in business to save our home planet.
Outside of her work at Patagonia, Evelyn also sits on the board of directors of NGO Designathon Works, based in Amsterdam, and is actively involved in supporting grassroots groups working to find solutions to the environmental crisis. Her loves include music, keeping up to date with news and cultural developments from around the world, all things food and spending time with her son.
As a responsible business leader and a concerned citizen, I am driven to empower others in the fight to save our home planet. Joining Andrea and the team as a member of the advisory board at Net Impact represents an opportunity to supercharge this work. Net Impact’s mission – to inspire and equip emerging leaders to build a more just and sustainable world – is one that resonates deeply with me and I am energized to support them in this crucial work.Evelyn Doyle, HR Director EMEA, Patagonia
Evelyn fills the seat previously held by Tim Mohin, who stepped down from his roles as CEO of the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) and Advisory Board Member of Net Impact Amsterdam in October for his move back to the United States. Evelyn’s appointment for an initial period of two years completes the Advisory Board at six seats.
