The Net Impact Amsterdam mentorship programme connects established impact leaders with young and mid-career professionals who are seeking trusted guidance and coaching to flourish in the next step of their impact leadership journey. The programme is currenty running – stay tuned for news about the next cohort.

How it works

Step 1: Members submit an application

This helps us understand your career stage, impact and professional ambitions, and goals for further development. We accept applicants based on motivation and commitment to the programme, availability, and clarity of goals to pursue.

Step 2. Net Impact Amsterdam matches mentors and mentees

Finding the right match is key. We aim to connect participants with a mentor that has meaningful experience in an area that will add value for the mentee’s career development and network.

Step 3: Mentorship pair agrees on scope

Mentors and mentees should agree to a minimum recommended scope of at least four one-hour sessions over a six month period. The mentorship pair should determine together if adjustments are needed
