This workshop is designed to be interactive, fast-paced, and outcome-driven, bringing together diverse perspectives to co-create actionable solutions. The programme will include the following elements:

• Strategic gamified teambuilding: Before delving into the key themes of the day, build connections and trust through interactive, gamified exercises. Professionally facilitated by Emy Mylona.
• Explore the sustainability innovation ecosystem: Identify diverse perspectives and challenges in the ecosystem. Step into the mindset of key stakeholders (investors, policymakers, entrepreneurs) to understand priorities and barriers.
• Uncover bottlenecks & opportunities: Map out key system challenges and explore what is missing for real progress.
• Design future-ready solutions: Use a structured approach to translate insights into actionable next steps.
