Impact measurement and management (IMM) is the practice of identifying and assessing the positive and negative effects that one’s business actions have on people and the planet, and then taking action to mitigate the negative and maximize the positive in alignment with one’s predefined impact goals. It is iterative by nature.

IMM is rapidly evolving with best practices and consistent thinking still taking shape. We will take a look at the state of IMM in the impact investment market with specialist Katie Cotterell, Senior Associate at Phenix Capital Group.
